Day 01: Cusco – Cusipata – Rainbow Mountain.
Rainbow Mountain Trek. We pick you up at your hotel at 4.15 a.m. to 4.30 a.m., then start our incredible driving adventure, from 2.30 to 3.00 hrs approximately in our private van through the southern valley until we reach the town of Tintingo which is at 3,800 m., After a delicious breakfast, we continue our journey to the beginning of the trail called Killiwani (4,800 msnm). Along this road there are stunning views of agricultural terraces, canyons and snowy peaks.
Once you reach the beginning of the trail, our Guide will give you a brief introduction of the area, to finally begin a walk of approximately 1.30 hours along a road laid with a gradual climb of approximately 35 degrees, during the walk we will have the opportunity to appreciate a variety of South American camelids, spectacular systems of this place and beautiful views of the snowy Ausangate.
