Booking, Visit Peru with Pacha Expeditions-Peru, separates your space by 2024 – 2025, in the Inca trail and organises your holiday with peace of mind that we take care of all the arrangements outside the offices of the Peruvian Government… the 2016 sales take place in the month of January – 2024 for the 2025 – season.
Due to regulations of the Peruvian Government in the national park of Machu Picchu on the number of hikers and visitors allowed in the Inca Trail (500 people), in the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu (4500 people) Huayna Picchu and Machu Picchu Mountain (400 people)…All reservations must be made with an advance of 4 or 5 months. Before booking, you must read the following information:
1.-If you are booking the Inca Trail with, Pacha Expeditions, please click on the Inca Trail Availability to check the available dates start and that way you can secure a space on the Inca Trail and we can arrange the trip for you.
2.-For all alternative routes to walk, or traditional tours in the city of Cusco, email us to provide more information and to confirm the date of your trip, we have available daily: info@pachaexpeditions. com
3.-If you want to travel with Pacha Expeditions, at the time of booking must complete the respective forms for the validity of your trip and make a prior deposit of 50% of the tour to ensure the warehouse space with us is of $.250 per person and are, non-refundable. We accept payments through PayPal and they charge 6.0.% at the total per person is $.270 and must be sent to: info@pachaexpeditions.com. We will send the confirmation of your reservation and payment documents
